You are kindly requested to read carefully the information and instructions listed below before proceeding with your registration.


REGISTRATION

Interested parties can register by filling in the online registration form. Participation is confirmed ONLY upon paying the registration fee and by sending the relevant proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat.

REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES

Companies that are interested in participating in the Congress (with individual and/ or group registrations) are kindly requested to contact the Congress Secretariat directly by sending their written request via e-mail to office@mk-premium.com

Confirmation of participation is made ONLY by paying the registration and sending the relevant proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat.

Module 5: Tumors and Inflammatory Diseases of the spine	350,00€
Modules 3 & 5	600,00€

Registration fee does not include VAT 24% due to intracommunity transaction.

All bank charges are borne by the depositor.

2) WITH CREDIT CARD-DEBIT CARD (MASTERCARD, VISA)
Note: There is an extra charge of 3.5% for credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in written form to the Congress Secretariat.
In case of registration cancellation, the following applies:
• Cancellation until 19/08/2024: refund of 50% of registration fee
• From 20/08/2024: no refund

Cancellations by phone are not accepted. In case of a cancellation, the refund will be settled within 30 days after the end of the conference.
